To begin with I already don't even like tame Impala music

So there was no way I was gonna be okay with it

I’m not gonna lie, I struggled this year with enjoying newer albums.

There were a few I really enjoyed but a lot of it didn’t resonate with me.

I much preferred 2022

Strike was a cool single and I liked the one with j cole

I actually never had a Yachty hate phase but I did skip that album bc why would I want to hear him on that kinda production

I feel like i didn’t listen to a ton of music from this year this year

I might have hit a stagnant period idk

Tbh I just don’t think it was a very engaging year for our ears. It happens.

2024 gonna be absolutely loaded.

I loved 2023 for music literally 2/3 of my favorites dropped and we have started getting Lauren Mayberry solo music

And another hot mulligan classic ????

The only albums I can think of as standout 2023 albums for me off the top of my head without looking at Spotify are the King Krule record, FATD, PinkPanthress and this one Brazilian album

I spent more of this year going through obscure s*** I have saved on Spotify or classic albums
