and I'll probably spoil it alot for you if I say much but the sacred timeline is the timeline the MCU is in. It's not explained well to me but this timeline I think also includes a couple other multiverses. You'll see why it's like that soon. And yea the TVA controls it. You passed episode 2 so yea the gist is the time keepers made it the TVA and all the workers there to control the flow of time and make sure no one diverts from it.
also the TVA is outside time and space. which for future MCU movies is very interesting
