Tubiguhh if you're equating gnr to glam rockers then idk if you're that familiar with their work considering they helped move away from the glam rock era
and UYI 1&2 are nothing close to glam
i understand there’s a difference between gnr and glam rock but both of these eras felt so tacky to me

BRUCE SPRINGSTEENAbsolutely. Not only that, they were the antithesis of Glam rock when they dropped Appetite in 87. Radio then was overfilled with the Bon Jovi’s, Poisons, and then GNR came out with Appetite & changed rock all over again
ive noticed some people getting confused and acting like guns n roses was a glam metal band sometimes nowadays

i used to be guilty of this myself but i think people shouldnt just ignore all the grunge bands that arent the "big 4"
like mudhoney, screaming trees, stone temple pilots, tad, L7, hole,etc. all got some fire s***
