i watched a video of a vocal coach a***ysing thom yorkes voice and it made me appreciate it a lot more. he’s very limited with his range but his tone and expressiveness is very unique

i dont remember honestly but for me liking the more electronicy stuff came later. i still dont even love his voice all the time. and i dont really connect to them that much emotionally tbh its more just the music is so f***ing good. like its not depressing vibes for me
honestly id recommend listening to The Bends for you. especially if you are a big alt rock fan in general. i feel like a lot of fans kinda underrated it as opposed to later stuff that seems more "artsy" but itll always be one of their main string of classics
