WESLEYS THEORYHe was pretty consistent from 2012-2017 but I think he just kind of got lost in the sauce trying figure out his place amongst things.
He was a leader in the NY boom bap revival and when the popularity for that started to wane he moved on to acting to make the money and took some time to figure out his next move. Truthfully he’s actually a pretty decent singer so he should’ve moved into a R&B/Hip-Hop direction instead of trying do the same thing he did on 1999 10 years later.
2000 wasnt bad but like u say it was just aight. He had potential for more

Steelo was special and he should still be here. With that being said, he would’ve struggled with how fake this industry is. He was not a team player at all when it came to that and I could’ve seen further success working against his mental health struggles.
