Nortcouple ways to translate but basically its a “communist” (heavy on the quotes) that sympathizes with the USSR and/or China. theyre usually marxist-leninists that believe we need a vanguard party to take the reigns of government and run things in an authoritarian fashion. if you ask me, thats a very perverse interpretation of what socialism is supposed to be.
