I remember skipping this track back in the day when the BP3 dropped. Now its one of the best cuts on the album to me,while the Ye cuts haven't aged all that well imo (Haters for example)

BP3 is way too overhated it’s a solid album imo. Yeah I agree Haters didn’t age well but Run This Town still sounds fresh to me

I think people try to hate on it cause Jay was obviously trying to go Pop on that album,which is cool. ESOM is basically a national anthem and Run This Town was played everywhere,from the mall to HS Football games. BP3s hype kinda gets forgotten about just as much as the quality of the album
