I think the issue is that she is like trying to come across as quirky with how she sings things while very much so not being quirky
If she could make a song with just like the energy of the rock songs without trying to also come across as silly or quirky 🤪 she could be good
I like the tone of the ballads but they are boring, I dislike the tone of the rock songs but they arent boring
