These articles are always dumb because they don’t ever account for the baseline percentages. If 70% of people or whatever are vaccinated, then of course they’ll be more likely since there are more of them.

Plus you left out the part where it says OR previously had COVID-19, which at this point is 99% of the population, so duh it’ll be more likely. And anyone who hasn’t had it at this point either never tests or is genetically resistant so they’ll never get it.
