I think I mentioned it before but I have like apathy when it comes to new music, movies, shows. I feel like most things don’t make me feel any emotion at all

property tax, insurance, there are often managements costs, there may be strata fees, there may be a mortgages or other lending costs, renovations and don't forget that there will be times between renters that they have to pay all the costs, and there will be renters who move out leaving significant damages behind and sometimes it requires legal fees to address tenants who refuse to pay but won't leave

but all the renters will happily get along and rent will be cheaper
