cus im boutta rant. bro is penny pinching like crazy we looked at this apartment that was super nice and in an incredible location for our mostly boring-ass city for like 950/person. that's not good enough he wants to pay like 850/person because that's how much he currently pays in the suburbs. IT'S THE SUBURBS!!! THAT S*** IS BORING AS F***!! AND MOST OF MY CITY IS BORING AS F***!!! THE LOCATION HE WANTS TO GO TO IS BORING AS F***!! the location i wanna go to is like 80 dollars more a month and will be a lot more fun. WE WONT EVEN HAVE TO DRIVE TO WORK OUR ASSES COULD WALK IF WE WANTED TO. he does not understand the value of LOCATION. he is purely looking at NUMBERS and it is making me IRRITATED!!! LIFE IS NOT NUMBERS!! F*** YOU DRAKE STANS!!!! YOU NUMBER ADDICTED B****ES MAKE ME WANNA HURL!!!

ok rant over. we tour this next apartment on thursday. on thursday i will be telling him that we gotta make a decision and i will be presenting him my argument for the value of location and how a good location will bring him greater happiness in the long run. a nice apartment in a boring ass stupid part of town is not a nice apartment. it'll get boring real fast and then you have nothing. at least when being a homebody gets boring in the cool part of town, you can go to the cool part of town by walking approximately 300 feet
