taste is ehhh to me but had people in my family growing up drink too much with left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun. When I was out of HS one of the first jobs I worked properly was being a bartender too and dealing with intoxicated people 30 hours a week killed any desire I had left to try drinking

most people that drink don't have any issues with control or stopping but I'd rather just drink non alcoholic drinks

It’s an accident the first few times but at some point you gotta know your limits.

Most of my friends are like that too where they'll go out or have 2-3 drinks at dinners/parties but the amount of people in my day to day life that regularly go out on a Friday or Saturday night and drink to the point of throwing up/blanking out is MIND BOGGLING. Like now you're just taking ALL the fun out of it and you're being dangerous
