Nort3-4 months now i believe. For awhile I just figured id wait it out, eventually get the hang of things again.
but last week i denied myself liquids for several hours because i didnt feel competent enough to pour a glass of f\*\*\*ing water. thats when i realized its a larger problem
Oh god I’m sorry. What influenced this, was it on ur own volition? I’ve def had my not functioning moments before, but nothing that bad. That sounds awful.

my psychiatrist left the behavioral center i go to. they recommended me someone new but the first appointment must be in-person.
after missing my scheduled appointment a couple times, i decided to try life again without them

Damn OG thats awful. Maybe try linking up a new psychiatrist and trying to do them every other day or something? I’ve had a rocky history w my meds and have found the every other day approach to be the best available option tbh. Maybe it’d work for u too
