I loved twin peaks because it was a perfect balance of things

Eraserhead was too far in one direction for me to get as much enjoyment out of it

I appreciate it and feel as though it was well made but it was ultimately just not for me

I think I finished TP season 1 once years ago but I forgot everything that happened

plus I heard season 2 was a slog so I never went back

Theres a dull stretch in the middle

But the good parts are some of the best

I cant just watch the edgy doom and gloom and accept it as such just because it's "well made"

kind of drained tbh both mentally and physically

grandfather had surgery to remove cancer on sunday and it's been weighing, he's in remission but deep down i know it'll be back

My friend is begging me to watch Better Call Saul and as much as I liked Breaking Bad it feels like such a commitment

nah good odds of remission but he's been in chemo for the last 3-4 years and he's had numerous surgeries so it's just another one to the list tbh
