Then after the fact I found out we get a week of pto every year from someone else

Have been here for over 2 years and he never told me about this, has never offered it when I took any day off

That doesn’t make any sense. If you get a week of PTO, then any day you take off up to those 5 days should automatically count and be paid. It sounds to me like he’s taking advantage of you and ripping you off.

Just did it

There are now 2-4 hour long gaps where there would have been 2 of us here but its now only 1 person here
