Might be a hot take but I think Paul’s true vocal peak was the 70’s, not the 60s.
He probably had a little more range in the 60s, but the way he played with his singing and really pushed himself in that decade.

Paul sings like a rapper raps, just a bunch of confidence, different pockets he goes into, memorable cadences and confidence most importantly
