i think i agree with what you're saying but this is kinda like that ex nfl player who recently got found not guilty for murder for defending himself against the people the woman called on him
i'm not sure what the punishment should be but there should be a punishment for knowingly luring someone to their death

But like a child being pressured to do something by people older than her shouldn't be held responsible to the same level as them
