Woke up at 6am yesterday. Went for a 2 hour walk around 7. Came home and went to the park. Walked non-stop from 10-3 except 45 minutes for a boat ride. Went grocery shopping and walked through grocery stores from 3-6. Came home and went for a two hour walk from 7-9.
