Even before that with S/T. One of the best moments for Pop is Kylie discovering herself and doing what SHE wanted

It was Kylie's first mature album and I love the downtempo production. I'm glad she switched it up with Impossible Princess but whenever it's a rainy day in the city I play S/T
Don't forget this gem

POP 2 - Charli XCX
I was pleasantly surprised here! Yall know Im not the biggest modern pop fan but this had a lot of value to me.
The production.. zoo wee mama. I love the sound design and ambition a lot of these tracks showcased. I got a charli soundpack on ableton and it was cool recognizing those sounds in context with an actual song. The mixing was just ok but who cares like thats nerd s*** yano.
the writing was alright. i probably would have bigger complaints abt it but her voice and delivery just matches it so well. Theres a sense of authenticity to it.
my biggest gripe with the album is the poor structure and lack of direction a majority of these songs have. These songs are messy and throughout their duration will throw a LOT at you and kill its own momentum several times before the record ends. (Im struggling to write this paragraph cus idk how to make this make sense)
all in all, I enjoyed it a lot! I see now why people love her music and i feel compelled to check out more of her stuff.
6.5-7/10 Thank you this is Nort

Pusha is good enough to win twice in a month.

HIFN next for sure
also agree with you about the structure/momentum of songs tbh but in a way it just feels like more the mixtape it is than a true album

I thought you were gonna give this a higher score
The messiness is part of the charm but yeah it's probably a lot to take in for a first time listen
