Never been a true crime guy but lets give it a try

the outfit the perp is wearing has been a***yzed like nobody's business.. which is why i say the uniform they're wearing is generally considered to be a prop costume but really there's no way to figure this out

same goes for their boots and the headgear they're wearing.. it's hard to identify all the gear they're wearing from such a low quality video

That one could be cool but the only details that are public is like "yeah she was having an affair and the person was in a full disguise in this video"

Like there's not enough info released to keep me from settling on it being random tbh

the video quality is so bad that you can't make out who's in the car or even the license plate

that video has been a***yzed to death.. maybe you're right though, i wonder how effective AI would be in assisting in this case
