I’m not pretentious about movies. Kendrick has this one lyric about how the simpler bars sometimes hit the hardest and I think that’s sometimes true for movies too
Don’t need a complicated plot in a movie to really hit as long as it connects

I did but it was only the first season.

The show gets more heady later but those first two season have a very distinctly cold (also British) feeling that is missing from later on.
I like episodes from every season tho no real preference personally
