this sounding like early beatles stuff, i like it but i don’t quite understand why it’s on this album

First recorded in 1963, that version wasn’t heard by the public until the Anthology CDs came out along with various other versions and outtakes of Beatles classics. The reason the 1963 edition wasn’t released was due to the fact that the Beatles didn’t like that version and withheld it to be released.
