I really want to highlight Stevie's influence on hip hop and modern R&B so I'll be picking some tracks that resulted in classic samples. I also don't want to leave out the early Motown s*** because he had a handful from those years that rank with his very best.
My hope for the Prince/Stevie vz is that people look at the round by round and don't see a single less than great song. It's easy to do with these two, so it should be the bare minimum expectation. 40 amazing songs
