To be more blunt, I'm been struggling with loving myself and my body for so many years. There's times when I appreciate how I look, but then I look at the physical aspects of my size, I'm really weak as hell and I could get easy run over, which affects my confidence, which leads to my emotions, I feel like for my size, I can't stand up for myself because I developed fear due to people being bigger than me.

Also with the dating scene and all that, a lot of the girls that I'm really attracted to really wouldn't date a guy my size. Not saying that there's girls who love skinny guys like me or skinny guys can't snatch an attractive girl of choice.

As much as I think I'm handsome, I feel like I'm not that handsome for a lot of women that I'm into.

And I'm aware that they're girls out who might be attracted to me and think I'm a good looking guy, but usually they're not really my types and those can be some of the cutest and most beautiful girls y'all guys have seen.

When I dated my ex, I was really in love with her emotionally and we were extremely close, but the physical attraction was just not there for me.

I feel like a relationship can really work if all factors are there for me at least. Physical/Sexual Attraction, Mental Attraction, and Emotional attraction.

That's why I been so picky over the last few years in my life.

So I'm hoping I can start working out to improve my confidence and body image.

I know this is a lot, but I was crying this morning, because I really want to feel valued and loved, that's all.
