after all those years of seeing 'stan loona' and the music still exceeded my expectations

Loona (more specifically pre-debut Loona) is by far one of the most interesting/exciting things to come out of k-pop in the past like 4 years now. I still love them after debuting as a full group but some of the best pop music period of the 2010's came from 2016-2018 loona imo.

Lol yeh man basically all promo pre comeback period i try to avoid whether its concept photos, designs, lyrics (which tbh i dont know why this even happens) , highlight melodies, articles discussing new sound/producer, etc, or even airport/mv shoots pics where ppl to figure out /expose the new hair of x memeber

The photos of course are the hardest to avoid as they pop up, but i just try to scroll pass fast as soon as i recognize what im looking at lol

But anyway overall it's just funner this way imo

Or it makes the first viewing experience much more enjoyable

I go back and view the teasers sometimes and generally a lot of my favorite things are in the teaser too

I think a large reason really is that it creates expectations as well. Tbh i was just talking to this dude this morning about how he still is kinda upset that yes or yes wasnt a dark ass comeback lmaoo. But more importantly, when u see ppl critiquing s***, many times theyre hating on a song for what its not, not what it is. I think avoiding just helps minimizing that perspective...for me anyway

Since RV contract renewals are coming next year I could see them disband or at least halt group activities, especially with smngg meant to be debuting, or if not that, Irene leaving (she’s almost 30 anyway).

I honestly can not at all see Irene being apart of the next comeback if we do get one, she’s def being put on “hiatus” at the very least.
