I read into this situation and if Soojin is really the bully but said the truth in her statement then probably some people accussed her for something not real and then that one actress who studied with her remembered real stuff.
I've heard that they actually planned to drop her right in march but decided to wait with the announcement and that around time Soojin initiated for investigation, but probably nothing come up yet.
I personally understand why Cube won't clarify what exactly did she do if she is really a bully, and why Soojin won't do it either, and why this actress won't come forward as well, but it doesn't make the situation clear in any way.
