Feel like fancy was the only time their transition into a more mature sound 100% worked imo! BEP blessed them with that one. Feel special was alright but shares a lot of the problems I have with their releases from last year.

Being that a lot of it just feels somewhat awkward and doesn’t suite the members in sound/style, more & more being the worst offender of this, I feel like the new set of the producers they work with has a lot to do with it. Moving to a more mature sound given their age makes sense, I’d just prefer more fancy and less more & more , I’d argue some of my personal problems is also reflected in their continual downspiral in popularity in Korea since 2019.
