if we were to believe Soojin's post then yeah, she just seems like a rebellious teenager but the fact that the accusers aren't backing down on their original claims and are in fact doubling down on those claims after being threatened by Cube (and that an extremely well known actress has implied she was a victim of said bullying) makes me think both her and cube may be lying.

Knetz and even K-Neverlands seem to be on the side of she's lying as well and are advocating for her to be thrown out of the group.

ive seen absolutely horrible ass s*** in school, like s*** they wouldnt even show on some dramatic ass movie

kids are f***ing the devil.

but they grow up, and it weirds me the fuk out that these people who did such terrible s*** are going to be parents. and whats more people just forget this s*** like it never happened.

but getting back to these kids-- add to the fact that they are growing up in a society where there is little leniency-- there's no middle ground, you're either w or against everyone, and it can be for the dumbest s*** ever. you already see it all the time for all the dumbass scandals that happen. so am i to believe that privileged ass kids didnt do mean ass s*** to stoke their own teenager ass ego for a sense of superiority or boredom or who knows what, with little to no consequence, and w the support or more likely, blind admiration by other students? definitely.

I'd say both are quite damning, there is some context needed in that the bullying that occurs in schools in SK schools is quite frequent and on a very different level from "being a mean little s***", it has a lot to do with teachers being quite powerless in most situations, I also don't think bullying in general should be taken lightly, regardless.

It's why when one of these scandals pop up you see such a strong reaction from the Korean public to the point of it being career ending in most cases, it's widely known in Korea how bad the bullying can be in schools to the point of it being described as torture. Even just reading up on what Soojin was accused on should give you a good idea of what I'm talking about tbh.

Yeah, my bad, i think casually talking about it maybe gave an inpressiom of my words too much of a casual connotation or understanding of the situation.

I do know that it can be like suicide inducing type stuff. Not always, and not so direct, but just creating living situations that are truly unbearable.

When you step back, this calling out of the once bullies is the same as what the bullies did themselves.. Or rather there are the same dynamics at play. Its individuals against the rest of the people in agreement. In school, everyone has the understanding that its not your place or useless to stand up for the victim so they do nothing and dont speak out. In knetz celebrity arena, everyone understands that they can bring someone down if evryonene is in agreement against them so they speak out.

Damn for me it's hard to believe that Chuu of all people can be such a cruel bully causing some girl to shiver in fear when Chuu's face appears on TV. Stuff I read isn't helping either, it can be too lightly written or the girl who is accusing actually just somehow suffered more because of some childish things. I mean that sometimes people react to something way more then other people, so Chuu can be just a little mean to her, but from her point of view it was pure hell unlike to other people.

In my opinion, you can accuse of bullying if it's truly mentally traumatizing, happens consistenly for a long time and/or if the victim's physical health is in danger. Otherwise, children do some stupid s***.

However, if it's confirmed then what for me is a fan sucks the most, is that considering Chuu appereance, if she was a bully it makes her some kind of very twisted person.

that apology above ^^^ is going semi viral on korean twitter with people saying that they're making actual victims of bullying look bad

man knetz need to stop trolling. the thought of chuu slamming people into lockers and s*** is killing me. there aint no way

so many bullying allegations recently like tf? relax

it's because 2 volleyball players in Korea's national team were outed as bullies (which they admitted to) and as such were suspended infinitely, which has led to a wave of accusations coming out against various celebs, idols, actresses/actors, ect, sort of like a #metoo of bullying.

sadly there's been a ton of false accusations among these coming out (such as this one against Chuu) which are gonna make more serious accusations look worse and taken less seriously.
