I really enjoyed this album and the bars. Some can be repetitive but it’s obvious this how he feels. The beats on here are f***ing crazy. I feel like he really went experimental here and tried to make some s*** he knew he could only do.

Not on twitter or anything so i dont really see the reaction besides here. I feel like him going at Earl made all the crackers who love to glaze Earl, JPEG and other rappers that Pitchfork/RYM/Fantano, mad. His own “fanbase” has been turning on him for a while but tbh the online fans of JPEGMafia are dorks. Niggas was making Freddie Gibbs/JPEGMafia/MC Ride jokes for 3 years.

Some of the sample flips on here are crazy too. That Money in the Bank flip is stupid.

You can admire and love musicians. But criticism from strangers isn't coming from love, especially when it ignores the artist's vision. (And the fanbase already dislikes him as far as I see)

So calling random critique from 'a place of love' doesn't make sense to me. You can judge art objectively without performing affection for someone you don't know.
