did ohp today with the straight bar the ones you use for biceps not the actual 20 lb pounds did 3x 10 the bar was 110 lbs not to bad then did shoulder shrugs 4x14 with 100 lbs each

i agree with him i never use my phone only to change music i even do that to when i got chalk in my hands
wait a couple days to work out with dyed hair or nah? last few times i dyed it i worked out right away but idk if that led to the color fading faster
like i dont want the sweat to dry it out but idk if should be putting protective s*** in it right away

Worst kind of gym goers are those that use both cables, take 2 minute plus rest time between sets to play with their phone and then proceed to do heavy weight with terrible form just wearing out their tendons wasting everyones time.
