Never had one but I’d look at substituting exercises that are lower impact

hi mate something of an expert in shoulder injuries given i had one reconstructed and then blew it out again
draw your scapula back for most exercises. bench with a close grip. avoid dips and behind head movements like skull crushers.
cant help on the 'tiredness' aspect but what you need to look out for is instability. some band work might help you strengthen the joint.
a week isn't a very long time so i would just be resting at this point.
anyone else hate staying in the gym longer then usual especially on nicer days like in the summer time ? i wanna lift a little lighter especially in the summer so i can be outside more enjoying the weather
