In what way is it lagging behind? OHP is going to be using less muscle groups than your other big lifts so progress is typically naturally slower

I’m 5’5. And yea, I’m eating at slightly above maintenance for about 6 months
I’ve been cutting and bulking for 6 years now and I’m done with that s***. Now I’m lifting because I genuinely enjoy working out and eating. I don’t really give a f*** what anyone else is doing in the gym lol. I’m not enticed by big numbers (my brother in the 1500LB club) or super cut niggas cause I been there, done that.
When in the gym, I lift heavy, keep a fast pace, and get in/get out. My body has been thanking me for it (never any issues with recovery/injury/fatigue/burning out). It’s been a long, grueling learning process and this the best I’ve ever felt and swolest I’ve ever been
