there's typically no fat so yeah even if you go wild you'll be in like the 500-800 range
just don't put any crazy topping and you can keep it low. even better if you get some stevia sweetened froyo. but i'll go get some cake batter and some fruit froyos and be aorund 500-600
all the ice creams, cakes, and cookies just have so much more fat that the calories get a little wild
did back today not as heavy as i would like only got like 5-6 hrs of sleep but funny enough went on a 2hr walk when i was done with the gym and then took a 30 min nap do you guys think this is the reason i wake up 1 hour into my sleep in the middle of the night? then after i go back to sleep then wake up 3-4 hrs later an cant go back to sleep

how do i not fall into this trap
The goal is not moving the weight from A to B, it is to make it as hard as possible while doing it. For example when you do arms don't hold the dumbell like a jabroni, squeeze that s*** as hard as you can, it will make your biceps contract harder. Do it with a easy weight full range of motion and incrementally add on to that.
