    so much better gains when training to failure (and training as hard as i can)

    this is facts, i started training to failure back in february and the difference is f***ing crazy

    you really gotta go somewhere you've never been before so that muscle can f***ing blow up

    Well hard to go lighter than 10lbs lol but I did less reps today and it helped

    I'd probably do something different than overhead extensions if you're working at very low weights

    Focus on compound movements, dips and pull-ups, pushing and pulling movements in general which use your trunk as well as arms

    Hurt my sesamoid in my foot, haven't worked legs in a couple weeks, now doc wants me to get x rayed and probably have to wear a boot 🙃

    ima get it done tho

    The more you train legs the more they adapt and grow. Warm-ups and cooldowns are also essential to this kinda leg training. Might just have to change your splits around. I train four days a week, two of those days being dedicated to legs, and then I rest Friday-Sunday.

    took 2 days off gym and just ate whatever the f*** i wanted after a month+ of restricting. i was feeling guilty but came back to gym today and it benefitted me more than i thought it would loo

    ate asian food and pizza two days ago
