    Drop to 150 while lifting weights it will take like 3 month. You need to lift while dieting or your metabolism will go to s***. Once you lose the muffin tops rebuild from scratch.

    Slow cut for the noob gains, so 2300 is ur maintenance cals

    Cut 250-350 out of those in your diet and slowly lose weight (.5 to a pound a week) til ur in the 147-150 then see how you feel after

    Strength train 3-5 times a week, cardio 3-5 times a week as well

    Get a good amount of protein in your diet as well

    5k on days i go to gym sometimes 7-10k depending if i feel like doing cardio

    2-3k off days so i put myself sedentary
