    my friend said its not good to take zinc and mag together everyday is he right or wrong

    anecdotally i ended up going to urgent care bc i thought my appendix burst, but the drs initially thought it was actually kidney stones caused by this combo. it eventually turned out that i actually just tore my groin deadlifting but i stopped taking it just in case though lmfao

    i will say i definitely noticed a difference while taking it though. also you iirc you should take it w calcium but i dont remember why, something to do w absorption

    This is my arm day. I do Upper Body -> Back —> Arms -> Legs

    Im just a beginner but I think I get good progress with my arms. Especially with skull crushers.

    • Skull Crushers super set with single arm dumbell extensions
    • W bar on the cable, super set with close and medium grip
    • Close grip bench super set with a bi curl (i change the curl depending on the day
    • Rope on cable tri extension super set with overhand curls or another type of curl
    • across body hammer curl super set with skull crusher machine to end it.

    Mondays off

    Tuesday: back
    Wednesday: chest
    Thursday morning: quads
    Thursday evening: biceps
    Friday morning: shoulders
    Friday afternoon: Triceps
    Friday evening: back
    Saturday morning: Hamstrings
    Saturday afternoon: Chest
    Saturday evening: biceps
    Sunday morning: shoulders
    Sunday afternoon: Quads / hams
    Sunday evening: Triceps

    I only like doing one muscle group per session. Each session consists of 5 sets of 5 exercises (takes 40-50 minutes), first set is warm up, last set is drop set and the middle two are heavyish this way I make sure I go past failure by the end of each exercise.
