    Need to be more active in here.

    My girlfriend and I started going to the gym in the morning because the evenings are too crowded. We are up every morning at 4:30 and at the gym by 5 and it's honestly been the greatest change in my life in long time. I feel high leaving the gym and been feeling mentally so much clearer. Highly recommend if you have the opportunity

    Rotator cuff still wrecked. Did 295 for 5 perfectly fine. Went up to 315, was wreck. That said, I’m doing extremely slow reps which sucks but oh well. Used to doing explosive lifts.

    hey y’all, serious question about doing back

    when doing things such as seated cable row and seated cable lat pull down, how much “sway” in lack of a better word do y’all add to your movement ? i feel like with wider grip back lifts i can very easily target my back and feel the burn but with both close grip lat pull and cable row i feel like i’m not getting the burn i should be

    i did sit down lat pull down today seen someone at the gym doing it an i did the cable one last week use the cable handle like the thing you would use for chest if you were doing cables when doing sit down lat pull downs its a game changer
