Do what works for you but barbells better for strength gains.
When I get to the gym I’m in my own zone. No eye contact with anyone. No looking. Headphones on at all times to let everyone know not to talk to me.

I’ll do some dumbell work every couple weeks to get some extra range of motion
But I’m doing working sets of 315 up to 345 and that’s not going to be replicated with dumbbells

Lol have you done working sets of 100-120 dumbbells before making that assessment? Cause I would argue it’s easier to get to 315 on bar than to 120 on dumbbells

True, I made one solid goal for me to follow with bench, so I don't just run around doing random exercises with no motive. I've been practicing really hard to stay consistent and disciplined in working out 3-4 times a day.

Strength is based on specificity. If you BB bench more, you will be stronger at that. If you DB bench more the opposite will happen. There is of course carry over since they are both pushing movements in a similar plane but you will be stronger at whatever you do most.
A 120 lb DB bench bench is no more or less ‘impressive’ than a 300ish lb BB bench.

With these specific workouts, it’s common knowledge if you want to increase chest strength then use a BB. Otherwise, DB is better for bodybuilding as it offers more humerus adduction as you can squeeze them at the top which you can’t get the same squeeze with a BB. Also your contraction at the bottom can be lowered further and angled differently with DB.
You’re not wrong about getting stronger the more you do one, but like I said, everyone has different goals and it is easier to structure a BB strength program than a DB strength program
