hate supersetting without a partner. it’s kinda like the worst. always worried someone going to hijack your s***. ruins the proper pace of what a workout should be imo
thinking about taking a week off weightlifting and just doing pilates/yoga at home
finding the motivation has been hard as hell lately
finally actually started training abs after years of lifting, can feel the definition even though its not visible yet
so i am about 5'7 i weight around 177 i usually dead lift heavy an squat heavy eat twice a day late breakfast in the morning around 11 i eat oatmeal blueberries strawberries with almond mil Greek yogurt an then i have three hard boil eggs after the gym i have a proteins shake2 scoops each scoop has about 30 grams per scoop too then for dinner i eat chicken or salmon mostly with rice an veggies
my supplements i take are vitamin c, d, omega 3 with my fish oil multi vitamin and then at night i take my zema pills
with all this would you guys reccomd i change anything or add to something to it?

i guess i have been maintaining for a while like one day i do really heavy then the next week might bring it down by 10-15 pounds for my size i dont think cutting is good because i am not the tallest and it would be very hard for me to cut to 160 or so because i am also type 1 diabetic so that alone is a challenge too with cutting

second week lifting in the books in my baby gym some crackheads stole some dumbells might have to buy some and bring up the stairs with me. Need to find a good split using the cable machine.
Eating 4k calories semi clean has been the hard part

Tried Bulgarian Split Squats today. Something tells me the stairs to work will be a challenge tomorrow
