Just dealt with it recently and managed to resolve it.
What helped me the most was to avoid pullups/chin ups and do more frequent heavy hammer curls.
Massage gun/theraband helped as well.

working out, for me personally, is vastly more enjoyable on days where my schedule is cleared, compared to fitting it in after work and before end of day decompression. im sure this is how everyone feels, but yea.

I dunno man I agree that I hate having to rush around after work to work out; but with how jarring work is most of the time it’s good to distress and lift some weights

idk for me theres no struggle to fit it in, im just happy i can move around relatively pain free n all that, doesnt matter where or when its a joy

I think i would think similarly if work ended maybe an hour earlier ot so, and i did not have to deal with the post work gym rush.
i been trying to do Friday Sat Sunday and then taking my two days throughout the week whenever conv. but starting to realize ill never have set in stone rest days lmao.
