Feeling slight pain when flexing my hamstrings, specifically where it ends at the back of my knees.
Idk if I should err on the side of safety and skip leg day tomorrow or just do a light leg day

Take leg and back injuries super seriously imo
Nope, wont join my squad for the match today but I wanted to know how my knee reacted to a practice. I avoided contact and focussed on running, passing and little bit of positioning. Will do more next week depending on how it reacts. Thus far it feels good after 1/1,5 day.
Edit: Its still early for me I guess, didnt read your post well. My bad. Yes I opted out of it. Just hard to do the right thing sometimes.
