Anyone ever done high intensity style training like Dorian Yates or Mike Mentzer? All about hitting failure rather than accumulating volume. Wanna switch thjngs up and give it a crack with a training partner it looks brutal but fun
I haven’t but I can say those fools are bodybuilders with great genetics and are definitely on steroids, which typically isn’t great for a natural lifter to follow their guidelines.
I want that @Hereditary build
eh i’m pretty standard never been a weight gainer
Hate ppl with fast metabolism like u
ya boy hit 10min in the cold plunge today!!!
a 2023 goal done in 17 f***ing days
next up is 20 min
also used the wet towel hack on the sauna temp gauge to trick it into heating endlessly, it was glowing red hot, got that s*** up to 216f before i had to tap out
I had some elbow/bicep tightness that went away completely when I used it
It’s helped a lot for recovery I feel
Hmm you might just convinced me. Have a little shoulder pain since my enthousiasm probably killed me doing a shoulder press. Chest exercises, back and arms are fine. But whenever I put my right arm above me for a shoulder press or a tricep extension, it pretty hurts. Got some stuff by my physio like this.

Those exercises feel good, but maybe the gun will do some magic as well.
WSOTD:

overslept my gym time (6-7 am) for chest day so decided when I woke up to try to see how long it took to get to 50 pushups this morning (including one set of 27, I'm this close to getting to 30 straight
)
not too bad. Might do a two-a-day tonight if work don't get me tired
