i generally will do a mix of a lot of different full-body compound lifts at the hypertrophy range and ill also do occasional low rep high weight straight sets to build strength
i use the premium version of a workout app that i get for free because a family member was in a testimonial commercial lmfao so that helps me fit everything in
i like to do at least one long cardio set a week and at least one intense HIIT set to keep me toned
during the week i always try to do some reps pushups situps and squats before i go to bed
