Ima try for 100 tomorrow I woulda tried today but I didn’t set a goal I just started randomly doing them. I tried to do a second set of 100 a minute ago and got to 40 and tapped out lol
i can tell this high rep squat s*** good cuz my legs still a little sore
still got my morning emom workout in tho and im gonna do a set of 50 squats later plus my prehab stuff
Anyone ever do a PSMF?
I've done it a few times in the past. Almost tempted to run one for a few weeks. But I'm lifting too much to do that right now.
Hoping to lose about 45 lbs by mid-June. Might run one when the summer gets closer depending where I am.

It's probably too extreme for someone with little or no knowledge about nutrition, but if you're supplementing and hitting your calorie limits I wouldn't think supervision is necessary.
Gained a good 20 kilos of fat ɓy drinking beer and not working out during covid. Started gassing out for no reason during daily life activities lol
In july I decided to dial in the diet, in October I started lifting again and god damn a de trained body bounces back quick. I always thought building muscle while on a deficit was a myth or maybe it's all muscle memory coming back from 10 years ago.

S***s honestly impressive how far they can take it. I've been doing the 5x5 and a little bit of ab stuff after and I can barely hold for 2 minutes
Ngl, new years resolutions are corny. But this year is the year I'm gonna stop tricking people and get in ACTUAL shape
