Just go. Hadn't hit the gym in a couple months, finally went back last night and felt great. Just go and start small and build back up to your regular routine.

after doing this like 6 times over as many years i just realized ion like going to the gym but i like working my body hard
so i workout at home now largely with kettlebells (even have a couple under my desk at work lol) and i never miss a day

at the bnb i was at over thanksgiving wit my wife and some friends i'd go into the dance studio wit my yoga mat and 12kg kettlebell every morning and bang out some quick workouts. nothin too intense just wanted to keep the habit goin ukno
well friday/saturday we had this ex military friend come thru, he's such a good dude, in his 50s, and he joined me in some of my workouts. dude asks me 'u know what bring sally up is?'
i didnt know then, but now i do.
we did it with the middle section pushups and beginning/end as squats. rly showed me how strong my lower body is compared to my upper. almost no leg soreness the following days but my shoulders were still feeling it even yesterday
sum real growth tho cuz last year I was rockin with the knee pushups cuz I lost so much strength after my crash
keep workin fellas, its always worth it

What helped the most was looking down and staring at one spot while performing the exercise
