    My quads have blown up since I started

    The rest of the body feels like it’s lacking in comparison tho. My shoulders seem a bit more round judging from my photos, and the triceps are more noticable. Disappointed with how little change i see in my chest too. But my legs are at a solid point rn

    it happens bro

    for example, my arms are the most hyper responsive part of my body

    i got nice legs ngl but my arms just react faster to muscle stimulus

    Honestly I think my grip is what kills my lifts. I have small hands and admittedly have never really worked on any type of forearm/grip training, so any time I go super heavy I can’t really focus on picking the weight up because I’m too worried about holding the bar

    Maybe Try to focus the weight on your back and shoulders when initially lifting the bar

    WE NOT LOSERS

    Today was so f***ing tough to get through. Was having a bad mental day after missing yesterday because of body chills the night before that went away in the morning along with some personal s***. But i aint think i was gonna go outside to do it and fall back into the seasonal depression trap that usually f***s me up when the weather gets BRICK.

    Woke up from a nap and a voice was just like “nigga go outside” and man a nigga feels so much better man.
