I don’t even lift weights for upper body. Just do pull ups dips and push ups and you’ll be good

Avoid doing upper body in one day. Won't be able to hit anything hard enough.
I'd drop skull crushers and add tricep push downs, dips, rows, lat pulldown, incline dumbell press. I also prefer using a bar on a shoulder press but that's preference

What’s the benefit to bar on shoulder press? I’m doing dumbbells since I can see my right shoulder is a bit less stable than my left in the movement

For me, I have a hard time keeping weights symmetrical and not letting one side lag. Also feel like it's harder to cheat by using arms with a barbell, but yeah all pref.

Damn, full body 5 days a week? Sounds pretty crazy tbh. Is the programme only supposed to be run for a limited time? How have you found it so far? I do 3 days a week full body with weights, then 1 day a week calisthenics/cardio atm

I believe its a 8 week program, I havent bought it yet just been looking at his youtube videos about it. But I've enjoyed it so far, I kinda get extra motivation by the mental aspect of it. However I don't think my schedule wont let me train 5 days a week every week, so I am looking for some other options as well.
That what I used to do, except for the cardio (I hate it). I really enjoy the 3 days a week full body, but I needed to switch it up. But I am happy to be really motivated going back to the gym, its been a long time since I was this enthusiastic about it.

PPL but w shoulders on leg day
For chest I do incline dumbell press, bench, cable flies, dips, push-ups if I haven't exhausted the muscles
5 sets is a lot imo, I go for 3 or 4 depending on the exercise. But it also depends on your goals, are you going for hypertrophy, strength, something else? Imo if you can do 5 sets at x weight you'll be better off doing 4 sets at higher weight
