    Tried the row machine today instead of doing dumbbells or barbell, that s*** sucks you can barely feel your back working even when I added 20 pounds over what I do on the barbell

    On me walk back. I had my AirPods in so I couldn’t hear bloke asking for change I guess he took that as disrespect and let loose. Couldn’t hear what he said but the way the other bystanders reacted it was pretty bad

    Started working out recently for like 2 months. In my early thirties 6 7 and skinny. How come I start getting pimples left and f***ing right in my old age. Only thing I’ve changed about my life and dietary is protein shakes and working out. Can somebody tell me what I’m doing wrong

    I‘m not one of these "fitness is my lifestyle" types so I only train for aesthetics since I have other passions that I dedicate my life to if I‘m being honest with myself. But I‘m glad you love working out man you kill that s***
