i would recommend doing it anyway as it's good for your core.
Started working out recently for like 2 months. In my early thirties 6 7 and skinny. How come I start getting pimples left and f***ing right in my old age. Only thing I’ve changed about my life and dietary is protein shakes and working out. Can somebody tell me what I’m doing wrong
Also I don’t drink or smoke, if that helps. 5 pimples in the span of 2 months. Come on dog
fitness is not just about aesthetics
I‘m not one of these "fitness is my lifestyle" types so I only train for aesthetics since I have other passions that I dedicate my life to if I‘m being honest with myself. But I‘m glad you love working out man you kill that s***
