starting off week 6 shaky (feet hella sore from walking crazy miles the last 2 weeks on my off hours) and still powered through my jump rope HIIT day.
definitely taking it easy on walking like a madman (e.g. walking from harlem to brooklyn to see a friend's show) this week.

I had a super heavy back and shoulder session yesterday at xsport and when I came home I had a tuna sammich with greek yogurt. I was feeling so ripped but today at work I feel extremely fat and bloated

Go based off the mirror + ffmi(which factors in bodyfat) rather than just bmi
Looked at myself in the mirror after coming home from work and I looked big.
Focusing on compounds to minimize time in the gym has been helping a lot. I know what you're thinking "Superman you dumb a****** you should've been doing that" doing isolated s*** first helped me connect with other body parts differently.
My Leg Day 1 used to be like
Adductor/abductor machine
Dumbbell RDL
Hamstring curl
Leg press
So all that s*** would tire out the other muscles so by the time I got to the leg press I felt a stronger connection to my quads.
But recently I pretty much reversed the order and have noticed some interesting developments
I had surgery on my feet years ago but I'm still very scared to squat by myself so I don't do em😅😅
My joints need to get oiled up
I can't stop overeating on work out days

Bro I switched my workout cause low key I wasn’t getting muscle mass and I even switched gyms. My workout split is:
I do two body part variations:
This week it is
Today: chest and biceps and then 30 mins stairmaster
Tomorrow: back and triceps and then 30 mins stairmaster
Thursday: shoulders and legs and then I’ll walk on the treadmill for 30 mins on an incline
I will take Friday and Saturday off depending on how I feel. I also eat super healthy
