Can anyone explain ketosis to me? I think I’m in it on accident cause the lbs been flying off lately
How long you been doing it for? How has your upper body built? Tryna get a nice chest and back mainly.
A lil over 2 years. I’ve been liftin for a while so I was already pretty bulky but push-ups dips pull-ups def gona get your chest and back right. The main complaints I see about calis are they don’t develop your shoulders enough so might wanna add something to your routine so you hit shoulders
You have the option to do both. You can try to get to 90% through PT appts and at home PT. Do that for a few months. If that does not work then i'd get surgery if the tear is bad because it will keep getting worse.
If you do get surgery, make sure you take PT serious and do the at home exercises.

when your body doesnt have enough carbs to burn it starts burning fat

Dont do ab pulldown, or not too heavy. That's what put me in this state

Ur right, but at the end of the days its just because its easier to be in a calorie deficit on a keto diet right?

How do one lose belly fat?
you can't spot target weight loss like you can focus on growing a certain muscle, everyone distributes fat in a slightly different way, bu t usually the belly is the last to go. you just gotta eat at that caloric deficit. it's a reason people say abs are made in the kitchen.
How is not being on carbs life changing
Function better burning ketones than carbs and lowering carbs in general has helped me deal with insulin resistance.
Now that I’m training I’ve upped carbs again but it was great when trying to lose weight and get leaner.
Depends on your goals at the end of the day, I wanted to get lean so it aligns with that
